Affiliate program
This page is for creators invited to the Reduck affiliate program. It holds the program terms and the disclosure guide that every piece of content follows.
Program terms
This version of the terms is dated October 30, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between Conception AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation that operates Reduck (“Reduck”, “we”), 2261 Market Street STE 85701, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, and the person or company we accept into the program (“you”). You accept these terms when you apply to the program or accept our invitation through the form that links to this page, or by confirming it in writing on the channel where we invited you. Sharing your code for the first time also counts as accepting them. The version you accept applies until it is changed under section 9.
1. The program
- You join the program on our invitation or after we accept your application. The program has no fixed end date.
- You create and publish content about Reduck on your own channels. You choose the format, the tone and the schedule.
- You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent or partner of Reduck, and you cannot make commitments, quote prices or sign anything on our behalf. Neither of us is exclusive.
- We run the program on Dub (dub.co), our tracking and payout provider. You create a free Dub partner account and accept Dub’s partner terms. Your Dub dashboard shows your code, your clicks, your sales and your commissions.
2. Your code
- We give you one promo code, created in Dub. It gives your audience 50% off their first month of a paid Reduck plan, Pro or Max. It is for new paying customers only, and its number of uses can be capped.
- A sale is owed to you only when the customer enters your code at checkout. Links, UTM tags, cookies and screenshots of a sign-up do not earn a commission. We may give you a tracked link to measure your audience.
- We may, at our discretion, credit you for a sale that did not use your code when we can see that it came from you. This is never owed.
- No commission is due on your own subscription, your company’s or your household’s, on a customer who had already paid Reduck, or on a free sign-up.
3. Commission
- You earn 42% of the net amount we actually collect from each customer who used your code, during the 12 months that follow the day the customer first subscribes with your code.
- The net amount is what the customer paid for their subscription, after the code’s discount, and excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks. Payment processing fees are not deducted.
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after we collect the payment, if the payment has not been refunded or disputed by then. A later refund or chargeback cancels it. If we already paid it, we deduct it from your later payments; we never ask you to send money back.
- The commission pays for your content service. It buys no right to your name, image, voice or content.
4. Payment
- We pay through Dub. Commissions are counted in US dollars. Once a month, we approve the commissions that became payable, and Dub sends them to you once your payable balance reaches $10. Once the last commission under these terms has become payable, we pay the balance whatever its amount.
- You choose how you get paid in your Dub account, among the methods Dub offers in your country, such as a bank account in your local currency. Dub shows any fees on your side before you choose. We pay Dub’s fees on our side.
- Your Dub dashboard shows each customer you brought as an anonymous ID, with the amount collected, your commission and any reversal. We never share a customer’s name or email address.
- Before your first payment, Dub asks you for your tax form, a Form W-9 if you are a U.S. person or otherwise a Form W-8BEN (individual) or W-8BEN-E (company), and may verify your identity. Payments wait until this is done.
- If you are not a U.S. person, you confirm that you do this work outside the United States. Tell us before a payment if any of it was done from the United States: the part done there is U.S. income, and we may have to withhold 30% U.S. tax on it.
- We cannot work with or pay a person or company on U.S. sanctions lists (OFAC), or anyone who lives in, or is paid into, a country or region under a U.S. embargo (such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). If Dub cannot pay people in your country, we tell you before you accept.
- If we change our payout provider, you may need to set up your payout details and your tax form again with the new one.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. The commission includes any tax that applies to it: no VAT, GST or similar tax is charged to us on top. If you have to issue invoices, invoice Conception AI, Inc. once a month, from your Dub dashboard. We withhold tax only where U.S. law requires it.
5. Free access
If you ask us by email at [email protected], we give you the Reduck Max plan for free for one month, a value of $100, to build your content. Your content mentions it, as the disclosure guide shows.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights to your content, your name and your image. We may link to your content and share it with the platform’s own share or repost feature. We do not download, re-upload, edit, use in ads or quote your content on our site without a separate written agreement. We may keep copies and screenshots to check that the disclosure is there.
- You use Reduck yourself before you recommend it, and you give your honest opinion.
- Every piece of content follows the disclosure guide below.
- Your demos show Reduck as it works, on your own accounts. Blur or crop other people’s names, photos, messages and contact details unless they agreed to appear. You choose what you automate on your own accounts, and you accept the risk that a site limits an account under its own rules.
- You describe Reduck as reduck.ai and these docs do. No guarantee of results, no figures we have not published (time saved, success rates), no income claims. “Free” only ever means the free plan, or the discount your code gives, worded as we gave it to you.
- You send us the link to each piece of content within 48 hours of publishing it. If we ask you to fix a missing disclosure or an inaccurate claim, you fix it within 48 hours.
7. Not allowed
- Posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
- Bidding on “Reduck” or its misspellings in search or social ads, or registering a domain or an account with “Reduck” in its name.
- Using your own code, using fake accounts or bots to inflate your audience or your sales, or buying followers, views or engagement.
- Sending unsolicited emails, direct messages or comments to promote Reduck or your code.
- Presenting yourself as a regular user with no tie to Reduck, or posting reviews of Reduck on review sites (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, app stores) as part of the program.
If you break a rule in this section, or do not fix a disclosure or a claim within 48 hours of our request, we can end the agreement right away, in writing. No commission is then due on customers who used your code on or after the day the breach started. Commissions on earlier customers stay payable.
8. Ending
- Either of us can end the agreement at any time, in writing.
- When it ends, your code is turned off. Commissions on customers who used it before the end stay payable for the rest of their 12-month period, except those excluded under section 7.
- If we close the whole program, we tell you 30 days in advance. On the closing date, we pay you, in one final payment, the commissions you would still earn on each customer who is still paying on that date: the commission on their current plan, times the months left in their 12-month period. After that payment, no further commission is due.
- Within 15 days of the end, remove your code from the descriptions and captions you can still edit, or mark it as expired.
9. General
- We may change these terms in writing, with 30 days’ notice. A new rate, or a new way of counting commissions, applies only to customers who first subscribe after the change. No change touches a commission already earned.
- We guarantee no amount of commission and no result.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The mandatory rules of your own country still apply.
Disclosure guide
Every piece of content about Reduck says clearly that it is a paid partnership. The rules below work in most countries. Where your country, or your audience’s, has stricter rules, follow those too.
Say it first, in your content’s language
Put the disclosure at the very start, visible without a click, and name Reduck.
| Your audience | Write | Not enough on its own |
|---|---|---|
| English | “Ad” or “#ad”, and “I earn a commission if you use my code” | “Affiliate”, “Sponsored”, “Collab”, “Partner”, “#sp” |
| French | “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale avec Reduck” | “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Merci à Reduck” |
| Spanish | “Publicidad” | |
| Portuguese | “Publicidade” | |
| German | “Werbung” or “Anzeige” | |
| Italian | “Pubblicità” | |
| Any other language | The local word for “advertisement” |
If we gave you the free month of Max, mention it too.
By format
- Video: say it out loud at the start of the Reduck part, and keep it on screen during that part. Put it at the top of the description too, before your code.
- Live stream: say it and show it at the start and at the end of the Reduck part, and again during a long one.
- Podcast and audio: at the start and at the end.
- Post or carousel: in the first line, before “see more”, and not lost among hashtags. On the first image of a carousel.
- Story: on every story.
- Newsletter or article: an “Ad” heading above the Reduck section, in the body. The subject line does not hide it.
The disclosure is there from the moment you publish, never added later.
Turn on the platform’s label too
| Platform | Label |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Paid promotion |
| Instagram, Facebook | Paid partnership, with Reduck’s account, @reduck.ai, tagged as the brand partner |
| TikTok | Content disclosure, branded content |
| Brand partnership, on public posts, turned on for each post | |
| X | Paid partnership |
| Substack, Beehiiv | None: disclose in the text |
The label adds to what you write and say. It never replaces it. On Instagram and Facebook, limit the post to people 18 and over: Reduck is a subscription that renews automatically.
What Reduck is
Reduck gives an AI agent reusable browser scripts for the sites that have no API, and runs them in the user’s own Chrome. There is a free plan. For anything more specific, use what the Quickstart and the rest of these docs say.
